"I'm proud to be British, honored and humbled to receive my OBE from the Duke of Cambridge. If you dream big and work hard you can accomplish great things. I'm so happy to share this very special occasion with my parents and husband. Without their love and support, none of this would be possible."
One of the highest honors in Britain, the mother of four earned her OBE for her contributions in fashion and charity work. David received an OBE in 2003 for his achievement in sports.
"Wonderful day celebrating with my beautiful family x #BuckinghamPalace #OBE," she wrote on Instagram alongside a photo of herself displaying her reward.
Also honored was heptathlete Jessica Ennis-Hill, actor Mark Rylance who was knighted and Paralympic swimmer Bethany Firth and master craftsman Tom Young who received the Member of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire or MBE.
