Anna Nicole Smith accepted this year's Big Makeover of 2004 award in a show that highlighted the best performances and hottest icons in pop culture for 2004. Nick Lachey hosted the two-hour show taped in Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium.

Michael Moore was chosen as the Big Boat Rocker of 2004, while Usher was the Big Musical Artist of the 2004.

Donald Trump was chosen for the Big Second Coming of 2004, the Bluths from Fox's TV show "Arrested Development" was selected as the Big Family of 2004 and Jamie Foxx was chosen as Big Entertainer of 2004.

Among the entertainers that appeared on the show were: Sharon Stone, Eva Longoria, the cast of "Arrested Development," Ellen DeGeneres, Usher, Jenny McCarthy, Stevie Wonder, Tommy Lee, Josh Duhamel, Kathy Griffin, Paris Hilton, Serena Williams, Joss Stone, Jim Caviezel and William Shatner.
