"Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," Spelling's representative told People. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."

The delivery of Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott's son Finn Davey, who was born at 5:39PM on August 30 weighing six pounds and six ounces, reportedly marked Spelling's fourth caesarean section overall and her second c-section procedure within the last year.

The Tori & Dean star also had 11-month-old daughter Hattie Margaret via c-section in October 2011.

In addition to Finn Davey and Hattie, the couple have two other children -- five-year-old Liam Aaron, who was born in March 2007, and four-year-old Stella Doreen, who was born in June 2008. McDermott also has a 13-year-old son named Jack from a previous marriage.

Spelling and McDermott, who have starred in Oxygen's Tori & Dean: Inn Love and Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood and also hosted Tori & Dean: sTORIbook Weddings for the network, had announced they were expecting their fourth baby together in late March.
