The Voice coaches Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Miley Cyrus and Jennifer Hudson advanced five talented artists during Tuesday night's Season 13 broadcast on NBC.

Two artists, Anthony Alexander and Emily Luther, inspired three of the season's coaches to press their buttons and turn their chairs around.

Anthony, a 17-year-old from Fontana, CA, performed "Redbone," and Adam, Jennifer And Miley were interested in having him on their teams.

The three coaches, in fact, called Blake "stupid" for not fighting to have him as a team member.

"This dude is almost quietly going to win this show," Adam declared. "For you I am so unbelievably passionate."

Anthony had a tough decision to make, but he chose to join Adam's team because of the coach's faith and confidence in him.

Emily, a 24-year-old from Woonsocket, RI, previously sang backup for Dionne Warwick and Yolanda Adams. She had also landed a record deal, but things didn't work out when executives were more concerned about changing her look than they were about her music.

For her audition, Emily sang "Summertime," and Blake, Adam and Jennifer each turned around for her.

Adam was "mesmerized" by the contestant's "jazzy and syrupy tone," adding that no one else on the show will be in her lane.

Jennifer revealed that she heard Barbra Streisand in her voice and has no one on her team like her -- someone who would be flexible enough to switch from singing show tunes to other genres of music.

Blake agreed with the other coaches that no one in the competition like her exists, but Emily ultimately opted to join "Team Adam."

Two artists were featured receiving a two-chair turnaround during Tuesday night's episode.

Sophia Bollman, an 18-year-old from Norco, CA, took the stage with "Invincible," and wowed Miley and Blake.

Although Miley pointed out Sophia had a couple issues in her vocal performance, Miley was impressed by her huge range and apparent stage experience. With that being said, Sophia picked Miley as her coach since the artist was already a fan walking into her audition.

Karli Webster, a 20-year-old from Santa Clarita, CA, sang "You're So Vain," and both Adam and Miley fought to have her as a team member.

Miley explained how she wants to represent women who work hard this season, but Adam argued, "You have my favorite voice of anyone in this competition, and to lose the opportunity to work with you would be a huge, huge loss for me."

Despite Adam's meaningful plea, Karli decided to become a member of Miley's team so they can make "herstory" together, according to Miley.

And last but not least, Stephan Marcellus, a 26-year-old from Englewood, NJ, performed "Take Me To Church."

Stephan actually forgot or stumbled over his lyrics in the beginning of the song, but Jennifer still turned around for him because she had gone through a similar experience herself.

Jennifer explained to viewers at home that just because a person forgets his or her lyrics, it doesn't mean he or she can't sing. Stephan was thrilled to be given a chance on The Voice, and the other coaches admitted they didn't turn around because of the mistakes.
