The Voice host Carson Daly announced Tess Boyer from St. Louis, MO, and Bria Kelly from Smithfield, VA, were ousted from the reality singing competition after being voted into the bottom three by home viewers following Monday night's performance show.

Tess was on coach Shakira's team, and Bria represented Usher's team.

Tess and Bria were joined in the bottom three by Kat Perkins from Scranton, ND, who was on coach Adam Levine's team.

Although Kat didn't necessarily receive the most votes among the bottom-three members after Monday night's broadcast, home viewers saved her via the show's "Instant Save" twist, which was introduced last season. The "Instant Save" allows America to determine which member of each week's bottom three vote-getters will be saved from elimination.

Once the bottom-three results were revealed last night, each artist had a chance to sing for survival in order to impress home viewers. Bria sang "Crazy On You," Tess performed "Who Knew," and Kat took the stage with a rendition of "Paris (Ooh La La)."

America then had a five-minute window to tweet the name of their favorite artist in jeopardy whom they wished to save in the competition. Kat received the most tweets during Tuesday night's show.
