The lawsuit was filed Thursday by two production assistants for "The Hills" and "Next," TMZ.com reported.
The suit claims the assistants were not only denied lunch and dinner breaks but were also forced to turn in pre-filled out time sheets that did not reflect forced overtime.
The suit seeks unspecified damages from the cable TV network.
