NEW YORK Musician Paul Winter has sued the makers of "Survivor," alleging they improperly used a song he recorded in 1987 for the haunting theme of television's most popular series. Winter wants to rescind the permission he granted to use his music and get a taste of profits stemming from "Survivor." He sued CBS, "Survivor" producer Mark Burnett and a former member of the Paul Winter Consort, Russell Landau, this week in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. Source: The Associated Press"
