"The Social Network," the purported Facebook saga, took the weekend box office No. 1 spot with $15.5 million in gross receipts.

It was the ensemble film's second weekend at the top.

"Life as We Know It" with Katherine Heigl and Josh Duhamel was No. 2 with more than $14.63 million. "Secretariat" with Diane Lane and a big horse was third with $12.6 million.

The animated "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole" was fourth with more than $7.01 million; "My Soul to Take" fifth with more than $6.91 million; "The Town" sixth with $6.35 million; "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" seventh with more than $4.62 million; "Easy A" eighth with $4.2 million; "Case 39" ninth with $2.63 million.

"You Again" rounded out the top 10 with more than $2.47 million.
