'Rock Star' host Brooke Burke gets engaged to David Charvet

"Rock Star: Supernova" host Brooke Burke and actor David Charvet are engaged and expecting a child together.

Burke told People magazine in an exclusive interview that Charvet proposed during a "summertime party" Saturday night, "It was a total surprise," she said.
Charvet proposed to her with an eternity band engagement ring because "it's forever," said Burke.
The pair started dating last year, during "Rock Star: INXS."
Burke has two children with ex-husband Garth Fisher. Burke says her children love Charvet and the older one "knows we're happy."
Burke also confirmed to People that she is in fact expecting a child with Charvet.
