The Jesse James is a Dead Man and former Monster Garage star left the Sierra Tucson Treatment Center in Arizona after Bullock refused to take his phone calls, RadarOnline reported Sunday.

James is reportedly staying with a friend, according to Star Magazine, which added James' inability to get Bullock to do what he wants ultimately led to his decision to flee rehab.

"He wants the marriage back. And then she refused to take one of his calls from the rehab center and he got furious and left," a source told Star.

While a Sierra Tucson spokesperson refused to "confirm or deny" that James left when contacted by RadarOnline, a source claims that the reality star is currently contemplating whether to return.

"He's told people he's going back in," the source told RadarOnline. "But right now it's impossible to predict what he'll do next."

Last month, James was accused of carrying out an 11-month affair with tattoo model Michelle "Bombshell" McGee while Bullock was in Atlanta filming The Blind Side -- for which recently won the Oscar for Best Actress.

A second woman then claimed that she also had a two-year affair with James, while Los Angeles photographer Brigitte Daguerre subsequently stated they had sex four times after he hired her to do styling work for his West Coast Choppers in 2008.

A fourth woman has also come forward and claimed through a representative that she had an "intimate" three year relationship with James.

Last week, it was reported that James admitted to Bullock that he had affairs with seven different women before he left for treatment.

"She has been consulting attorneys and PR the past few days," a source told RadarOnline. "She may even come out this week."

James has apologized to Bullock and his three children from two previous marriages while also claiming the "vast majority" the allegations against him are "untrue."

Bullock has moved out of the family's home and has reportedly decided to divorce the reality star regardless of his rehab stint.
