Miranda Lambert received an honor at the 2015 Country Music Association Awards on Wednesday night.

Lambert, who divorced ex-husband Blake Shelton in July, won Female Vocalist of the Year while Shelton -- a fellow country singer who just revealed last night he's dating Gwen Stefani now -- walked away empty-handed.

Lambert and Shelton were the target of many jokes at the event because of their split and it's probably safe to say things were a little awkward. They also both performed onstage.

Lambert beat out fellow country artists Kelsea Ballerini, Kacey Musgraves, Carrie Underwood, and Lee Ann Womack for the award.

During her acceptance speech, Lambert admitted it was nice to win something because she "needed a bright spot this year." She rocked a Chris Stapleton tour shirt, pink-highlighted hair and a new tattoo on her hand to the show. She also complimented Stapleton's amazing performance with Justin Timberlake.

"[Miranda] was not surprised to hear of the romance between Blake and Gwen. They were always pretty flirty. Miranda and Blake were on the rocks on and off and knew that this could always be a possibility," an insider told E! News.

"Blake is just a flirty kind of charmer. She has nothing against Gwen and thinks she is a very talented artist. Whomever Blake is with she wishes them the best."

Lambert finished third on the first season of Nashville Star and appeared as a guest mentor for "Team Shakira" on The Voice's sixth edition.

The other country artist who has reality TV ties and won an award was Keith Urban. He won the Musical Event Of The Year award with Eric Church for "Raise 'Em Up."

Urban has served as a judge on American Idol since Season 12. He'll be on the judging panel again for the series' fifteenth and final season next year.
