Matthew Perry has put two of his Southern California homes on the market, real estate listings show.

Both properties -- a house near Hollywood's Sunset Strip area and an ocean-view home in Malibu -- feature large expanses of glass, the Los Angeles Times reported Sunday.
The 4,100-square-foot, contemporary-style home in Los Angeles is priced at $5,695,000 and features disappearing walls of glass that open to a patio and swimming pool.
His home in Malibu, listed at $13.5 million, has sliding-glass walls that open to decks overlooking the ocean.
Perry, who also recently sold a condo in West Hollywood for $2.85 million, has purchased a newly built custom house in the Sunset Strip area for $8.65 million, the newspaper said.
