Mariah Carey has confirmed she is pregnant with her first child.

Carey, 41, has been married to television personality Nick Cannon, 30, since 2008.
"Yes, we are pregnant. This is true," Carey said on Thursday's edition of the "Today" show as part of a preview of a three-part "Access Hollywood" interview.
Declining to discuss her due date, Carey said, "It's still early," and revealed she had suffered a previous miscarriage, People.com said.
E! News quoted an unnamed source earlier this week as saying Carey underwent in vitro fertilization at the Southern California Reproductive Center in Beverly Hills, Calif., clinic in her bid to have a baby.
