On the fair's Web site, officials said they were notified Saturday that Bieber's concert Sunday had to be rescheduled.
Because of the change, promoters for Bieber were forced to reschedule an appearance in Manchester, N.H., scheduled for Wednesday to Dec. 9 to accommodate the new fair date, WKBW-TV, Buffalo, N.Y., reported.
"i'm gonna be ok just need 2 rest but i wanted all of u 2 know i never want to let any of u down. ever," Bieber, 16, said Sunday on his Twitter page.
Fair officials said tickets issued for Sunday's show would be honored on Wednesday. Ticket-holders unable to attend the concert were told to return the tickets to the point of sale before Wednesday's show for a refund.
