Jon Gosselin "thrilled" Kate Gosselin is going 'Dancing with the Stars'

Jon Gosselin claims his ex-wife Kate Gosselin can count on his vote as a Dancing with the Stars tenth-season celebrity participant.

"Congratulations to Kate for joining the new season of DWTS," wrote Jon in a Thursday post to his Twitter account. "I am thrilled for her. She has my support and vote."

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star has been paired with Tony Dovolani for Dancing with the Stars' tenth season, which premieres March 22.

In addition, Kate recently said she'll travel between her family's Wernersville, PA home and CBS Television City in Los Angeles to film Dancing with the Stars while competing on the reality series so she can be close to her eight kids.

Jon and Kate's divorce was finalized in December, ending their 10-year marriage.

"Here is to 2010 for new beginnings and leaving the past mistakes in 2009," wrote Jon in a subsequent post to his Twitter account.
