Fox's 'Cops' to celebrate its twentieth season on September 29

Fox has announced COPS' twentieth season will premiere with back-to-back half-hour episodes on Saturday, September 8 at 8PM ET/PT.
To help commemorate the docu-reality series place in television history as one of the longest-running primetime entertainment programs ever, Fox also plans to air a one-hour special titled COPS: 20 Years... Caught on Tape on Saturday, September 29 at 8PM ET/PT.
COPS first premiered on Fox in March 1989 and has since filmed in over 140 U.S. cities; chronicled the arrests of over 2,000 suspects; and can also be seen on syndication in more than 90% of the country. The series will celebrate its 700th episode on Saturday, November 10 at 8PM ET/PT.
