The TV show that premiered March 11, 1989, has about 7 million viewers each week and is the FOX network's longest continuous program.

The April 30 two-hour special will feature belligerent suspects, feuding couples and the types of arrests that have kept viewers tuning in week after week.

Fan favorite specials "Caught in the Act" and "Coast to Coast" will be repeated the rest of the evening, FOX said.
