Jessica Sierra is reportedly going back to rehab.

The former American Idol fourth-season finalist was sent on Monday morning to a yearlong stint at an in-house drug treatment facility in California stemming from charges of disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest without violence and probation violation, The Tampa Tribune reported.

Judge Daniel Perry was "reluctant" to send Sierra back to rehab, according to The Tribune, since the Pasadena Recovery Center has served as the setting for VH1's upcoming Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew reality series and he doesn't want her to use treatment as a way to aid her celebrity status, which has taken a major hit in recent months.

"I don't want this to be some stepping stone for her to have a career as a recovering addict," said Perry, according to The Tribune.

To assure that doesn't happen, The Tribune reported Perry prohibited the 22-year-old Tampa native from conducting any interviews or appearing on television during her recovery.

David Drew "Dr. Drew" Pinsky -- an addiction expert who will host VH1's Celebrity Rehab, which will follow him as he chronicles the detoxification and treatment of several celebrities -- spoke at Sierra's Monday morning arraignment.

According to The Tribune, Pinsky told Perry that Sierra received a "low level" of treatment during filming for the show, which is scheduled to premiere Thursday, January 10 at 10PM ET/PT.  Pinsky reportedly added the treatment she received during Celebrity Rehab was "insufficient" for her level of addiction and added the yearlong treatment would give her a better chance for a full recovery.

Sierra was arrested December 1 on the aforementioned charges after she was booted from Ybor City's Full Moon Salon and allegedly became physically and verbally combative with police.  She subsequently pleaded not guilty to the charges and was ordered to remain in prison without bail on probation violation charges "at least" until her hearing, which was scheduled for December 20.

However a judge decided to continue the case on December 14, resulting in Sierra remaining in the slammer until her Monday morning arraignment.

Sierra was already on probation stemming from an April arrest when she was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of cocaine and introduction of contraband into a detention facility. She pleaded no contest to felony drug and battery charges and was sentenced to 12-months probation and random drug screening.

In addition, Vivid Entertainment is preparing to release a sex tape starring Sierra -- titled Jessica Sierra Superstar -- on January 30.  Pinsky stated Sierra made some "very poor choices" prior to seeking treatment, including shooting a video he described as "symptomatic of her addiction," according to The Tribune, which added he and Sierra discuss the video during therapy on Celebrity Rehab.
