Colin Farrell adds 'Barker Beauty' Candace Smith to sex tape lawsuit

Colin Farrell filed a new court document claiming a former "Price is Right" model conspired with his ex-girlfriend to market a sex video.

In Los Angeles, Farrell's legal team alleges Candace Smith, a "Barker's Beauty" in 2004 and 2003 Miss Ohio, conspired with her close friend, Nicole Narain, to distribute the tape for retail sale, TMZ.com reported Tuesday.
Farrell received a temporary restraining order against Narain in January after copies of their 15-minute XXX rated video appeared online for $14.99.
In his initial lawsuit, Farrell claimed he and Narain agreed the tape would always remain private.
"Smith is now a main focal point of in the case," Farrell's attorney, Paul Berra, told TMZ.com.
The actress, who has appeared on HBO's "Entourage" and NBC's "Joey," has a law degree from Northwestern University, TMZ.com said.
