Chris Harrison has denied a report that The Bachelor star Brad Womack and his final bachelorette Emily Maynard have already broken up for good.
According to the PopEater report which was published Tuesday -- only hours after Monday night's broadcast of The Bachelor's fifteenth-season finale featured Womack selecting Maynard over Chantal O'Brien and proposing to her -- Maynard's insecurity was one of the primary reasons the couple split.
"Emily is so insecure. She just isn't cut out for all the fame and attention her relationship is under," a source told PopEater about the 24-year-old children's hospital event planner from Charlotte, NC. "The six weeks of shooting the show in paradise was easy, away from prying eyes and photographers, but since they both returned to their normal lives, things have been a disaster." In addition, Maynard reportedly remains frustrated and upset that Womack got so romantically involved with other bachelorettes while filming The Bachelor. "Emily is not able to forgive Brad for what she considers cheating week-after-week with other girls," another source told PopEater. "It's always hard sending the couple back into reality after they have been living in paradise, but no one in the history of the show has had as hard a time adjusting as Emily."
