BET has announced Living the Life of Marley, a new docu-reality series that will follow Bob Marley's son Ky-Mani Marley as he prepares to launch his new album and goes about his everyday life, will premiere this fall.

The 31-year-old Ky-Mani has definitely followed in his father's footsteps -- as he recorded "Like Father Like Son" in 1996 -- an album that included covers of some of his father's songs.  Sporting dad's signature dreads and a tattoo of his father on his right arm, Ky-Mani found musical success with his 1999 sophomore effort "The Journey" as well as 2001's "Many More Roads," which was nominated for a Grammy that year for best reggae album.

Living the Life of Marley will follow Ky-Mani as he prepares to release his upcoming fourth album, but will also offer viewers an inside look at the Marley family, whether they're just hanging out or working in the studio.

In addition to Living the Life Life of Marley, BET announced the second season of Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is -- a docu-reality series that follows the rise of R&B singer Keyshia Cole -- will premiere this October; as will College Hill Interns, a spin-off of its successful College Hill docu-reality series.  Sunday Best, an American Idol-like search for the country's next great gospel singer, will premiere October 2.
