Ashton Kutcher is No. 1 followed by Lindsay Lohan at No. 2 on Teen People's readers' list of Young Hollywood's power players.

In addition to his star-making role on Fox TV's "That '70s Show" and his most recent contribution to pop culture, MTV's "Punk'd," Kutcher, 27, has appeared in a number of movies and has been in a high-profile romance with actress Demi Moore.

Lohan, 19, reportedly makes more than $7 million per movie.

"Lord of the Rings,""Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl" and "Kingdom of Heaven" star Orlando Bloom, 28, is third on the list, followed by Hilary Duff, 17, star of music, movies, TV and now a fashion designer.

Actress Reese Witherspoon checks in at No. 5 and the Top 10 is rounded out by Natalie Portman, 24; Jake Gyllenhaal, 24; Jessica Alba, 24; Scarlett Johansson, 20; and Nick Cannon, 24.
