"Woman in White" will make its final bow at the Marquis Theater Feb. 19, the New York Times reported.
Producer Bob Boyett said health problems among the cast have plagued the show since its opening.
Its star, Maria Friedman, was diagnosed with breast cancer and sang her role on opening night Nov. 17, even though she had undergone surgery the previous week.
The rigors of cancer treatment kept her offstage for several more performances, and she had announced plans to take medical leave starting Feb. 12.
