ABC picks up David Arquette sitcom produced by wife Courteney Cox

"Friends" star Courteney Cox is one of the executive producers of a sitcom for ABC starring her husband, David Arquette, it was reported Monday.

"Everybody Loves Raymond" Emmy-winning writer/producer Jeremy Stevens is also on board for the comedy starring Arquette as a private eye whose life turns upside down when his ex-wife and 10-year-old son move back to town, The Hollywood Reporter said Monday.

Arquette most recently starred in Robert Rodriquez's film, "The Adventures of Sharkboy & Lavagirl in 3-D."
