90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? star Ashley Martson is apparently moving on with her life following her split from husband Jay Smith, and she's starting with the purchase of a new house.

"Congrats to @ashleye_90 on the purchase of her new home! #90DayFiance #90dayfiancehappilyeverafter," Yates wrote in an Instagram posting in which he reposted Ashley's Instagram Stories.
"New house who dis," Ashley wrote on one photo that showed a new modern kitchen with expresso shaker-style cabinets, greige-colored flooring, and stainless steel appliances.
The second photo showed a close-up of the exterior of the home, which features a stonework exterior, white wooden trim, and a dark gray door.
According to Ashley, the close-up photo of the home's exterior was deliberate.
"This is the most I'm showing of the outside. Some of y'all are stalkers," she wrote on the photo.
Ashley also added a crying-laughing emoticon to let her followers know she was (half?) kidding.
As 90 Day Fiance viewers are aware, Ashley previously lived in a Pennsylvania condo with Jay -- however with the couple now divorcing, it appears Ashley wants to create some new memories in a fresh place.
Ashley has claimed Jay moved out of her former home while she was visiting Texas in May.
Ashley and Jay originally starred on 90 Day Fiance's sixth season in 2018 and then returned for Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?, which will conclude its season on Sunday with TLC's broadcast of Part 2 of the season's two-part Tell-All reunion special.

RELATED LINK: '90 DAY FIANCE' COUPLES NOWAshley and Jay got married in May 2018 after Jay arrived in America on a K-1 visa, which gave the couple 90 days to get married or Jay would have to return to his home country of Jamaica.
Ashley initially filed for divorce from Jay on January 11. However, she later withdrew the divorce just 11 days later on January 22.
According to Ashley, she had a change of heart after she was hospitalized for kidney failure and lupus complications and Jay was there for her while she was ill.
However, in mid-April, Ashley suddenly made social-media postings in which she threatened to file for divorce from Jay again and suggested they had split.
Ashley then filed for divorce from Jay for the second time in April, citing "adultery" on Jay's part as the reason for their split following months of cheating allegations and rumors.
Jay is currently in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and facing deportation after he was arrested by local police on July 3 for violating a Protection From Abuse order Ashley had obtained against him.
After his arrest, Jay went before a judge an was charged with a PFA violation.
However, while he was released without bail after the state court hearing on the PFA violation charge, Jay was then handed over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency as there was also an active warrant for his arrest for allegedly being in America illegally.

Ashley has said she had filed the protective order on July 1 after learning Jay had broken into her former home while she was away on a highly-publicized cruise to the Bahamas in June.
According to Ashley, Jay's arrest on the PFA violation merely accelerated his detainment by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, as they had allegedly already been planning to detain Jay on July 8 due to his outstanding warrant.
Ashley told Celebuzz that ICE had been looking for Jay since June 28 since he's been living in the United States illegally due to the fact she had withdrew his adjustment of status paperwork earlier this year.
After Jay's detainment, Jay's sister Poochie made several shocking public accusations against Ashley -- including claims that Ashley is the paid mistress of a rich old sugar daddy and that Ashley's affair is what caused Jay to cheat on Ashley other women.
Poochie, whose actual name is Raine Smith, made the allegations in a rambling, expletive-filled series of Instagram Stories postings earlier this month.
"I'm writing these posts with tears in my eyes because I hate you for everything that you've been doing to my brother, even when you know you've been cheating on him first!," Poochie wrote in a posting directed at Ashley.
"[You're] just mad because the whole world saw what he did on TV!!"
According to Poochie, Ashley allegedly visited her sugar daddy, whom she also identified by name and claimed is married, every week and received money in exchange for sleeping with him.
"How could my brother be happy when he found out you've been going to Delaware every Tuesday to f-ck some old man for $1000," she wrote. "Her sugar daddy name is [redacted] and he has a wife!"
Poochie -- who posted nearly two dozen Instagram Stories postings detailing her allegations -- also claimed Ashley openly continued the alleged relationship even after Jay learned about it.
"When my brother found out about your sugar daddy you forced him to be okay with it, but he was stupid enough to give into you but after all he loved you and was f-cking dumb!!," she wrote.
According to Poochie, Ashley "never loved" Jay and only stayed with him because she wanted to continue to appear on 90 Day Fiance and its 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After spinoff.

"She was the one that got paid and she hardly gives my brother his share of [the] money!"
Poochie claimed Ashley's infidelity is why Jay has repeated made cryptic comments in which he's suggested there was a reason he cheated on Ashley and it was her own fault.
