90 Day Fiance star Ashley Martson has reportedly filed for divorce -- again -- from husband Jay Smith following rumors he cheated on her.

Ashley filed for divorce from the Jamaican tattoo artist for the second time earlier this week, E! News reported Thursday evening, citing a Pennsylvania court filing.

The upcoming star of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?'s fourth season appeared to confirm the news earlier on Thursday when she took to her Instagram Stories and posted a headline from a media story about her divorce from Jay.

Ashley also shared a cryptic post Wednesday on Instagram that had fans questioning whether her marriage has ended. In the photo, she was getting her makeup done in preparation for a 90 Day Fiance interview.

"Behind every strong woman lies a broken little girl who had to learn to get back up, fix the broken pieces, and never depend on anyone," Ashley captioned the image. "#bossbabe #fixyourcrownqueen #womansupportingwomen."

Claims Ashley filed for divorce for the second time first surfaced on Wednesday when 90 Day Fiance blogger Johnny Yates posted photos of a divorce filing dated April 23 that he appeared to have obtained directly from Ashley.

However, while the documents were signed and dated they did not contain a court filing stamp -- leaving it unclear whether Ashley had actually filed the divorce filing, or only completed the documents.

The documents state Ashley filed for divorce in Cumberland County, PA, and allege that Jay -- whose formal name is Conroy and is referred to as such in the divorce filing -- committed adultery during the course of their 11-month marriage.

Ashley and Jay tied the knot on May 16, 2018 in Harrisburg, PA, before celebrating their union with a more traditional ceremony in Las Vegas.

Rumors have circulated on social media recently claiming Jay cheated on Ashley and got another girl pregnant; however, nothing has been confirmed by the sixth-season 90 Day Fiance couple.

TLC reportedly had no comment on Ashley and Jay's divorce.

90 Day Fiance's sixth season showed Ashley and Jay's relationship hit the skids when Ashley caught Jay messaging other women on dating apps only a couple of days after their wedding, and the season ended with Ashley unsure whether she wanted to continue the marriage.

Ashley first filed for divorce three months ago on January 11, but she reportedly withdrew the paperwork just eleven days later on January 22.

The couple seemed fine until Ashley accused Jay last week on social media of being a "disgusting cheating ass" and using her car and money to go to a stripclub.

Not only did Ashley change her bio section of Instagram to "Single AF" at the time, but she also did not deny the breakup when a fan asked about her current relationship status.

Ashley has said she hopes Jay will be deported back to Jamaica, and she might just get her wish.

According to photos of arrest warrant and removal proceedings documents Yates posted Sunday on Instagram that are dated February 4, Jay has been ordered to appear in court on May 8 for a hearing that may result in his deportation.

The documents state Jay arrived in the United States on a K-1 visa that only allowed him to stay in America until June 3, 2018 and he has been living in the U.S. without any legal authorization since then.

As a result, Jay is "removable" and the Department of Homeland Security has initiated removal proceedings against him.

Given Ashley and Jay did end up getting married after he arrived in America, the documents seem to indicate Ashley never filed the additional "adjustment of status" paperwork that would have allowed Jay to remain in the United States legally following their wedding.

Ashley and Jay will be appearing on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After? when it premieres Sunday, April 28 at 8PM ET/PT on TLC.

The show will reportedly feature Ashley and Jay trying to rebuild trust in their relationship following Jay's late 2018 dating-app scandal.
