Whitney Thompson has gotten engaged to her boyfriend Ian Forrester.

The former America's Next Top Model tenth-season winner has received numerous congratulatory messages on Twitter in the last several days regarding her engagement.

"And so the #wedding planning begins... I need to call @TLC . #antm #destination #travel #bride," Thompson tweeted Sunday.

Following the tweet in which she announced she was going to get the ball rolling on the wedding plans, Thompson shared some of her ideas on Twitter by providing pictures and linking to Pinterest. She's expressed love for everything from wedding-dress designs to a possible location for the rehearsal dinner.

Thompson apparently hopes to exchange vows in a castle, as she's linked to photos of several beautiful venues -- including one named "Jewel of the Scottish Borders, Auchen Castle," and another she labeled "Aldourie Castle."

"I am drowning in #castles... How to choose??!," she tweeted yesterday.

In terms of an engagement photo shoot, Thompson apparently isn't thrilled with the custom.

"Do we have to do an engagement photo shoot? I feel like I have enough pictures of myself," the model tweeted.

Thompson also linked to a Mother of the Bride gift, a large picture frame with a message, and Father of the Bride cufflinks.

"Love these for Dad!!! Father of the bride cufflinks -- 'You were the first man I loved,'" Thompson posted alongside photos.

She's also looking at floor-length black bridesmaids dresses and wedding invitations "with several pages for accommodations, itinerary, map, etc."

As for Thompson's wedding dress, it appears she wants a very conservative gown with a classic look. She apparently loves lace, big bows in the back, long-sleeves, and buttons all the way down the back. Thompson didn't post any strapless or V-neck gowns, and she also doesn't seem to like sleek, form-fitting dresses.

Thompson won America's Next Top Model in 2008 and was the first plus-size model to ever be crowned champion. The show's finale aired in May of that year.
