Port, a 28-year-old designer, and Rosenman, a former associate producer on The City, reportedly began dating last year.
Port had previously been linked to Ben Nemtin, who is the creator and executive producer behind MTV's The Buried Life, for which he also stars in as a cast member. The pair split shortly before Rosenman came into the picture.
After The City was canceled in late 2010, Port also served as the host of Genuine Ken: The Search for the Great American Boyfriend, a Barbie-branded online reality competition that sought to find America's best boyfriend. It premiered in January 2011 and ran for eight episodes.
