Similar to the show's first season, each of The Locator's second season episodes will continue to follow professional locator Troy Dunn and a team of professionals as they locate a different person and prepare them for a reunion with a loved one who they had previously fallen out of contact with.

"To witness people's lives being changed forever is something I've had the privilege to be a part of for 18 years," Dunn said. "No matter how many times I do this, it never gets old. I still get choked up every time."
Some of the types of cases that will be chronicled on The Locator's second season will include a young woman looking to find the father who disappeared from her life 12 years earlier, a terminally-ill father looking to reunite with a son that he lost in a divorce and custody battle 30 years earlier, a women looking for her four other sisters who were separated in foster care, and a 25-year-old Iraqi war veteran seeking to find out who his father was.

Dunn created his business in 1990 after helping his mother find her own biological parents and has since located "over 40,000" men, women and children in the past 18 years, according to the network.

The Locator is produced by Asylum Entertainment with Kelly Hefner and Steve Cheskin serving as executive producers.
