Each The Locator episode will follow Dunn and a team of professionals -- including his mother Katie -- as they locate a different sought-after person and prepare them for an emotional reunion with a loved one who they've fallen out of contact with.

Some of the types of cases that will be chronicled on The Locator will be adoptees seeking their biological parents; siblings separated at birth; and people who have been separated from loved ones by a divorce, a move, a tragedy or other circumstances.

Dunn created his business in 1990 after helping his mother find her own biological parents and has since located "over 40,000" men, women and children in the past 18 years, according to the network.

WE tv ordered The Locator in April.  The 10-episode series is being produced by Asylum Entertainment with Kelly Hefner serving as executive producer.
