NBC released the trailer for St. Denis Medical Season 2 on Wednesday. The comedy returns 8 p.m. EST on Nov. 3.

NBC renewed the show for Season 2 in January. The season finale aired in April leaving Joyce to deal with a large donation but even more hospital needs.
The Season 2 trailer also shows surgeon Bruce (Josh Lawson) using ChatGPT to write him "yo mamma" jokes, which backfires on a colleague with a recently deceased mother. Lawson spoke with UPI in February about the humor derived from Bruce's cockiness.
The trailer also shows glimpses of guest stars Kristen Schaal and Frankie Quinones. Steve Little and Dave Theune also return.
Allison Tolman, David Alan Grier, Kahyun Kim, Mekki Leeper and Kaliko Kauahi star in St. Denis. Tolman's character, Alex, also shows a caricature of her and husband Tim (Kyle Bornheimer) on a beach vacation.
