Believe it or not, there is such a thing as unwanted drama amongst The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Vicki Gunvalson, one of the original stars of the Bravo reality series, is working with police after reportedly receiving a death threat from an obsessed female fan angered by her actions on the show, E! News reported Tuesday.

"Vicki did get a threatening call from a fan who was watching the show and she didn't like something Vicki said to [fellow The Real Housewives co-star] Jeana Keough," Orange County Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino told E! of the incident. "Jeana also got an email at home containing a direct threat to Vicki."

Amormino added that the email from the fan to Keough threatened Gunvalson's life as well, stating something similar to "I'll take care of Vicki," and prompted a police investigation.

"It is a criminal threat and we are pursuing it aggressively," Amormino said, while also adding that whoever had made the call and sent the email was "taking the show way too seriously," according to E!.
