"This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years, I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," Yolanda, 50, told Us Weekly.

"My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."

The 11,622 square feet custom-built home reportedly has an ocean view, an infinity pool and orchards of citrus and avocado trees outside. As for the interior, the three-level house features six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a library, an office, oversized closets, an exercise room, a recording studio and a screening room, according to the magazine.

David is a 64-year-old multi-Grammy award winning producer. He and Yolanda wed in November 2011.

Lyme disease is a bacterial infection that is spread through the bite of several types of ticks. Early symptoms of the disease may include fever, headache, fatigue, and a rash. If left untreated, the symptoms may worsen to involve the joints, heart, and central nervous system and treatment becomes more difficult over time.
