The Kardashians star Kris Jenner has opened up about rumors she got another facelift recently.

Kris, 69, confirmed she went under the knife and showed off her new youthful appearance in an interview with Vogue Arabia for their September cover story.

"I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh," Kris shared.

Kris had her first facelift in 2011 by the surgeon who was behind Kylie Jenner's breast augmentation.

Kris, however, was in the hands of a different surgeon for her "refresh" nearly 15 years later.

"I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy," Kris shared.

"Just because you get older, it doesn't mean you should give up on yourself."

The momager and reality TV star said this facelift was her "version" of "aging gracefully" in life.

But Kris clarified, "If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully, meaning you don't want to do anything, then don't do anything."

Fans speculated earlier this year Kris had plastic surgery when there were noticeable changes in her appearance.

Kris said her daughters totally supported her decision to have the procedure and were right by her side.

"Of course my daughter Kylie went with me, while [Kim Kardashian] was present at all times on FaceTime," Kris shared.

The Kardashians star said she hopes to inspire others who may be struggling with confidence or self-image.

"I decided to reveal some details because I feel it can be very inspirational to people who aren't feeling so great about themselves," Kris explained.

"Even when I had my hip replacement, we filmed it. I have the conviction that sharing these things can be helpful."

Kris acknowledged that she's not sure "what 70 is supposed to feel like" but she feels "great" and is "happy" to have reached this milestone.

"I just have to try my best to do what I can to feel good and healthy. My blessing is my family. If I can be a part of their lives in the best way possible, then I'm thrilled," gushed the former Keeping Up with the Kardashians star.

"My mom worked until she was 82," she added with a laugh, "and I'm planning on following suit. Maybe 85?"

The Kardashians' sixth season premiered in February and is available for streaming on Hulu.
