Frederickson, a 24-year-old voice-over artist from Los Angeles, CA, began the competition at 260 pounds and weighed-in at only 105 pounds during the live fifteenth-season finale -- giving her a 155-pound weight-loss and 59.62% total weight-loss percentage that won her the show's $250,000 grand prize.

Her margin of loss was the highest percentage ever posted by any contestant in the history of The Biggest Loser.

"I started as a [size] 20 and now I'm a 0/2. I was a 6 during makeover week. It's all about maintaining now!" Frederickson told Us Weekly.

"I'm at the maintenance point now, so I need to find some balance and make sure I work out and I eat healthy and make good choices 90 percent of the time," she added in a post-finale interview with NBC's Today show. "I'm not sure [I'll stay at this weight], but I plan to try new exercises and just continue on this path and see where that takes me."

When Frederickson first walked out on the stage during the finale, The Biggest Loser trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels looked stunned and confused. Their cheering calmed to a slow-clap once they got an up-close look at the new Frederickson, and Michaels was shown mouthing, "Oh my God," in a seemingly worried manner.

Frederickson shared with Us trainer Dolvett Quince's thoughts on her weight-loss after the finale.

"Dolvett said, 'You're a fighter and I saw it from you on Day 1 and I brought it out, but you did it. You accomplished it. You fought, you fought and here's your life back. You fought for it,'" the former high school swimmer told the magazine.

NBC declined comment on any concerns regarding Frederickson's health.

Now that she's getting used to her new thin body and has gotten the "athlete back" in her, Frederickson expressed excitement for what the future holds.

"[I] can't wait to do everything," she told Us. "So go out and make friends and take people up on offers to go for coffee or to the movies and just really embrace every moment of life and not hide anymore!"

Frederickson also said she may be interested in finding some on-camera work utilizing her newfound confidence and "spark," and she plans to do a little shopping with her prize money, according to Today.
