The Bachelorette star Rachel Recchia doesn't want to live with regrets, but she's apparently beating herself up about how she handled some things on her Bachelor journey.

Rachel and Tino got engaged on The Bachelorette's Season 19 finale, but their relationship didn't last long.

Rachel found out Tino had cheated on her in mid-July when The Bachelorette's nineteenth season premiered, and then the couple split in late August, around the time of The Men Tell All special.

"It's been such a whirlwind... This is finally my chance to feel it all," Rachel said of her reality TV experience during a recent appearance on the "Off the Vine with Kaitlyn Bristowe" podcast.

"It's crazy how watching yourself back, it forces you to grow and learn. And watching myself back, I'm like, 'Oh my god, I made so many mistakes.' I so badly want to stand there and be like, 'I was so perfect; I stand by my decisions.'"

But Rachel confessed, "I watched myself be so dumb -- over and over and over again. I'm like, 'You have to learn something from that!' So it has been a learning experience for sure."

Rachel didn't specify what exactly was "so dumb" of her to do, but she had many emotional breakdowns during her The Bachelorette stint and time on Clayton Echard's season of The Bachelor earlier this year.

When Logan Palmer dumped Rachel to pursue Gabby Windy on The Bachelorette, Rachel actually canceled a group date abroad with men who had been hoping to build a future with Rachel, and so she later apologized for that on The Men Tell All.

And Rachel also regrettably let Aven Jones go n second place because he had said he wouldn't be ready to propose marriage at the end of the process.

Rachel recently admitted it was an error in judgment to end her relationship with Aven over that because he was promising her an engagement and a future together, just not in a week from when he met her family for the first time.

In addition, Rachel revealed on the podcast how there were so many red flags about Tino that she ignored.

Rachel said there's "so many things" she can take away from appearing on The Bachelor franchise twice.

"There's so many things I can take from it. If it's not a relationship, it's at least lessons for the next one," the flight instructor noted.

Rachel said going to therapy has been "really, really helpful" for her.

When asked what she would say if she could talk to her past self or future self, Rachel shared, "I would talk to my past self. I would go back to, like, right when The Bachelor ended."

"Because I feel like, at that point, I had, like, no direction. I had no idea what was happening," Rachel explained.

"I would just be like, 'It's okay.' And then also be like, 'Don't be a dumbass on your own season. Get your sh-t together!' I feel like I could have went back and told myself so much -- like Night 1, I wish I could just whisper in my ear and just be like, 'Don't.' Period."

Tino and Rachel's engagement ended because Tino had cheated on her with another woman and failed to give her a good explanation for his behavior as well as a sincere apology.

Tino had accused Rachel of having problems to work through and threatening to give back her engagement ring at one point, which supposedly led him to believe they were done.

But Rachel got angry at Tino for trying to blame her for his own wrongdoing. Tino ultimately apologized for breaking Rachel's heart, but it wasn't enough to convince the blonde beauty to give him another chance.
