According to a source, the Season 13 The Bachelorette star dated the Golden State Warriors small forward, 28, in college, Us Weekly reported.

The insider revealed Lindsay, 32, and Durant -- an eight-time NBA all-star who was drafted No. 2 overall in the 2007 NBA Draft -- were romantically involved while they both attended the University of Texas at Austin.

"They broke up when she went to law school," the insider told Us, adding that while Lindsay and Durant split, "it was a pretty serious relationship."

Lindsay, an attorney from Dallas, TX, ended up studying law at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI, after earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from UT Austin.

Lindsay -- who has already shown off her basketball skills on The Bachelorette -- might've been in love with Durant in her past, but she's probably never going to look back.

Lindsay recently revealed she is engaged to the winner of her season and the couple intends to live happily ever after together.

As for Durant, he was previously engaged to two-time WNBA champion Monica Wright. He has also been linked to models Crystal Renee, Chantel Jeffries, and Jasmine Shine.
