The Bachelorette star JoJo Fletcher isn't necessarily over the event in which she blindsided and devastated Chase McNary mid-Fantasy Suite.

McNary was offered the invitation for a Fantasy Suite date in Monday night's episode only to be unexpectedly rebuffed by Fletcher before the cameras left them alone. McNary took a leap of faith and confessed his love to the Bachelorette, but she realized in that moment she didn't feel the same way and therefore immediately sent him packing.

At first, McNary was very angry, making it known Fletcher eliminated him at the worst moment. However, after McNary had some time to reflect on his exit, the Colorado native apologized to Fletcher for the way he acted and patched things up so the pair could leave on cordial terms.

During The Men Tell All special, McNary admitted he still has "a lot of love" for Fletcher.

"It still pains me to see Chase still so confused and clearly hurting from that last night we spent together," Fletcher wrote in her People blog, referencing how McNary didn't understand why she offered him a stay in the Fantasy Suite to begin with if she didn't love him at all.

"To finally be able to talk with Chase, after all this time, it felt like we were finally closing that chapter."

Fletcher feels relieved now after being able to hash things out with McNary and "give him the answers he's been looking for."

"It also give me peace of mind that we were okay," Fletcher noted. "I stand by the decision that I made in Thailand. But to this day it doesn't make it any easier."

The Bachelorette star added, "I care for him so much and always will."

Fletcher currently has only Robby Hayes and Jordan Rodgers left in the running for her heart, and The Bachelorette's twelfth-season finale airs on Monday, August 1 at 8PM ET/PT on ABC.
