The Bachelorette star Andi Dorfman eliminated Marcus Grodd and narrowed her love search to three men during Monday night's broadcast of the ABC reality dating series' tenth season.

Marcus, a 25-year-old sports medicine manager from Dallas, TX, was ousted traditionally during the eighth episode's Rose Ceremony.

Marcus' ouster left Josh Murray, a 29-year-old former professional baseball player from Atlanta, GA; Chris Soules, a 32-year-old farmer from Arlington, IA; and Nick Viall, a 33-year-old software sales executive from Chicago, IL, in the running for Andi's heart.

The Bachelorette's eighth tenth-season episode featured Andi traveling to the hometowns of all her final four suitors and meeting their families.

Andi first traveled to Milwaukee, WI, to spend the day with Nick.

Nick hadn't said "I love you" to Andi yet, but he admitted he was just waiting for the right time. His family's opinion mattered greatly to him, so if he didn't receive their full support, it would rattle his cage.

For their date, Nick took Andi to a local food market and then a brewery. They drank beer and polka danced. Afterward, Andi met Nick's giant family, as he has so many siblings and in-laws. Nick worried Andi might be overwhelmed with the number of people who gathered to meet her, however, it was important to him that she go over big with all of them.

Nick's sister Maria believed Andi was definitely her brother's type. Nick told Maria he felt he could be himself around Andi and was very confident in their connection. Nick admitted he was in love with Andi and she always made him smile. Nick had been engaged in the past and got hurt, so Maria worried that might happen again. She could tell Nick's heart was "sold and open." It was obvious to the family Nick and Andi cared about one another.

After getting grilled by Nick's cute little sister Bella, Nick told his mom that Andi was his other missing half. She cried and said she just wanted to see her son happy. Nick tried to prepare himself for a potential broken heart, but he sincerely thought he was Andi's "favorite." Nick's mother gave her son her blessing.

Nick said he just couldn't get enough of Andi. She didn't feel like the Bachelorette to him anymore; She felt like his girl.

Andi traveled to Arlington, IA, to visit Chris next.

Andi was shocked to discover Chris lived in a huge house alone. She was very impressed, as she's used to dating men with apartments. Chris' place sat on acres and acres of farmland. He took her on a tractor ride and Andi noted that he was "the epitome of a man." Andi found him very hot and rugged.

Andi admitted to Chris she had concerns about living in Iowa, asking him what she could do for a living out there. Chris explained there was an opportunity to become a homemaker -- which he said with a laugh -- and then noted she could do anything, such as be a district attorney. Chris did reveal, however, it was important for him to stay on the farm and work in Arlington. He just wanted Andi to be happy wherever she chose to live. Andi said she loves the outdoors, but it was still food for thought.

Chris felt his relationship with Andi was going to another level and love was starting to take off. Andi was then shocked to see a plane fly by above them with the words "Chris Loves Andi" on the banner. She thought it was the "sweetest, cutest gesture" -- the most romantic thing someone had ever done for her.

Andi then met Chris' parents, his three sisters and their husbands. The sisters told the Bachelorette that Chris is sensitive and a "phenomenally successful" entrepreneur. They said he's a businessman but very modest about it. Chris' mom also told Andi the farm is a great place to raise children and Andi would have a lot of career opportunities there. Chris told his mom, Linda, that he could see himself spending the rest of his life with Andi.

Linda could see that Andi had "gumption" and she might love living on a farm. Linda told Andi that if you love somebody, you make it work no matter where you are. Linda clearly loved Andi, and the Bachelorette in turn thought Chris' mother had a heart of gold. Andi was blown away by the hometown date and said she had an unbelievable time. She was on Cloud 9, telling the cameras that Chris had been in front of her the entire time but she just didn't realize it until now.

Chris was "hoping like crazy" that Andi was falling in love with him.

Andi's next stop was Tampa, FL, where she was going to meet Josh's family.

Andi felt very strongly for Josh yet those feelings scared her a bit. Josh brought her to a baseball field and they played around. She thought he looked so hot in his element, and Josh explained he hadn't played ball in seven years.

Josh told Andi he stopped playing baseball because he wanted to have a family and didn't like the expectations required of him in the sport. He also wanted to be close to his younger brother Aaron, who at the time, was soon to be drafted into the NFL. Once Josh brought Andi inside his parents' home, he was overjoyed and cried.

Josh's mom Lauren told Andi it was clear her son was in love yet he wouldn't be so quick to "cut the cord" from his family. Josh's family did everything together, especially when it came to attending sporting events. Andi feared every Sunday going forward -- if she was to marry Josh -- would be focused around football and Aaron. Josh's sister admitted to Andi they could fight about how to spend there time, and Andi grew concerned it may affect her own children's events down the road.

However, Andi insisted to the family she'd love traveling with them for Aaron's games. Aaron also explained to the Bachelorette he was "a big boy" and didn't need overprotective Josh at his beck and call anymore. The fact Aaron was ready to take on the world by himself comforted Andi.

Josh told his mother that Andi was "a real woman in every sense of the word." He called her beautiful and intelligent with a great personality. Lauren could tell that if Andi became his wife, she'd become his priority. The family then played a fun game of touch football and Josh realized he was "100% ready to propose" to her.

Andi then traveled to Dallas, TX, her last stop, to meet Marcus' family.

Andi was hoping her feelings for Marcus could catch up to his, as Marcus had admitted a while ago he was in love with The Bachelorette star. For their date, the couple shared champagne and Marcus reenacted their very first date by dancing around an empty club nearly naked. Andi said Marcus was one of the hottest guys she had ever dated.

Andi then met Marcus' mom, sister, brother, niece and nephew. Marcus has only brought one girl home in the past, and Andi was nervous to meet them considering they had been through an awful lot together.

Marcus' sister Cathy could tell her brother was "glowing." He was clearly being open and honest, and Cathy explained to Andi that Marcus had always been a caretaker. Andi said it was apparent he had a certain "strength" about him. Marcus' mom then asked Andi if Marcus' confidence and caring nature was a little too much for her. Andi explained it wasn't but she feared she wasn't up to his speed yet. Andi noted Marcus deserved for her to catch up to his emotions.

Marcus then told his brother he's falling in love, and Andi told Marcus' mom Halina he was a humble, confident, mature guy. Halina revealed Marcus was open yet very selective as to whom he chooses to get comfortable around. She thought Andi was beautiful and created a sparkle in Marcus' eye. Marcus felt "complete" with Andi and explained he felt at peace and fulfilled with her at his side.

"I love you. I truly do," Marcus told Andi as he walked her out.

Andi noted in a confessional that ending up with Marcus would be a fairytale because he'd certainly give her everything she's ever wanted.

Later on, the remaining bachelors and Andi gathered in Chris Harrison's house in Los Angeles. The Bachelorette host then revealed Eric Hill had died in a tragic paragliding accident. Everyone fell silent and started to cry.

Marcus was so emotionally affected by the news he had to leave the room. Andi tried to comfort Marcus, but it didn't take long for her to completely break down. Andi felt guilty because her last conversation with Eric was basically an argument and had ended on a bad note.

Prior to the Rose Ceremony, Chris Harrison asked Andi if she had clarity and feared making a mistake. She admitted she was having trouble comprehending everything that was going on and wasn't prepared for any of it. Andi explained it was her job to be strong for the guys, but Chris Harrison explained to her it was okay to show emotion and the guys thought they had to be strong for her as well.

Andi then gave a speech to the guys about how they'd get through the difficult time of Eric's passing together. She ran off and cried for a few minutes, but after regaining her composure, Andi went through with the heartbreaking Rose Ceremony.

Andi handed out roses to Josh, Chris S. and then Nick. Marcus was therefore eliminated and devastated. Andi tried to assure him that he did nothing wrong and said she wished she could've reciprocated everything he had given her. Marcus felt like an idiot for telling Andi he was in love with her.
