"MERRY CHRISTMAS TO US!! Ramen has a new brother. MEET PINOT. ( @ramenpairedwithpinot )," Kaitlyn, 34, captioned an adorable family photo featuring the two dogs.

"Pinot was found in a kill shelter in South Korea and @bunnysbuddies saved him. Now he has a safe home with us."

"I was so worried how Ramen would react... But let me tell you.. You will see through my stories that these pups took to each other RIGHT away. They snuggle, and don't leave each other's side. Pinot is a big mushy sweet heart who is some how more cuddly than Ramen," Kaitlyn continued.

"He's got the SOFTEST coat, and the biggest heart. I know a lot of people will ask how we will do this with traveling so much. But we will make it work. This isn't about us. This is about giving a sweet innocent pup a new life."

Kaitlyn concluded, "We will continue to do what we do, and just do it with 2 instead of 1. #adoptdontshop #GoldenRetrievers #dogsofinstagram."

For his part, Jason, 31, also shared a photo on his own Instagram account in which he and Kaitlyn were beaming ear to ear with their pooches in their arms.

"A Christmas surprise came early! We now have Ramen with a side of Pinot! Welcoming our newest addition, 'Pinot G' to the family," Jason captioned the post.

"With the help of @bunnysbuddies we rescued Pinot, who was in the exact same Kill shelter as Ramen. As devastating as it is, dogs put in these Kill Shelters have only 10 days to be rescued. The work @bunnysbuddies does is absolutely incredible and has changed Ramen & Pinot's lives, as well are ours."

Jason added, "In just a short time of witnessing it, it's clear Pinot was Ramen's long lost best friend and brother...they adore one another. And the fact his name was Pinot before we got him...can't make this stuff up!"

"Very excited to share the Pinto surprise video...I'll have it shortly! Happy Holidays from our Family to yours!"

One day later, Kaitlyn gushed about little Pinot's playful personality and posted a photo of the dog resting next to a small Christmas tree.

"Hello Instagram! It's me Pinot! Wanted to tell everyone a little bit about myself! I'm quite a character if I do say so myself. My name was pinot before I even met my forever family, so I think it's meant to be. We think I'm around 1, but it's hard to say. I weigh 52lbs," Kaitlyn shared.

"I still look and act like a puppy, and my mom and dad laugh at how big my paws are... My teeth say that I could be around 2 but I think that's because I wasn't on a healthy diet. A lot of Vets are not educated on the teeth erosion in Asia."

"We chew sticks, Horrid kibble and sometimes garbage :( I was in the same kill shelter as Ramen, and when we met, I swear we both knew what each other had been through and bonded right away. I don't think this happens very often," Kaitlyn wrote.

"But patience is always key with us, and we always come around. I am what they call derpy, but very smart. Super soft, and I love love. My favorite thing to do is jump on mom or dad and lay as closely as I can to their face. I'm so thankful to be rescued and have a safe home. There are so many of us who need to be saved. Thank you @bunnysbuddies for helping me and so many other dogs."

Kaitlyn and Jason began dating in January, nearly three months after Kaitlyn had announced her split from then-fiance, Shawn Booth, who had proposed marriage on The Bachelorette's Season 11 finale.

Kaitlyn and Jason -- a Buffalo, NY, native -- subsequently moved in together in Nashville, TN, in June and adopted Ramen from South Korea. Jason had relocated from his place in Seattle, WA, to be with the podcast host.

Kaitlyn and Jason have since openly discussed wanting to get married and welcome children together down the road.

Kaitlyn first competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor before starring on The Bachelorette in 2015, while Jason fell hard for Becca Kufrin on The Bachelorette's fourteenth season but only finished in third place.
