"Guess what everybody," Kaitlyn reportedly said. "Two very big things in the news today, in my world anyways... Jason is moving to Nashville!"

Kaitlyn, originally from Vancouver, Canada, has been living in Nashville for years. Meanwhile, Jason -- a Buffalo, NY, native -- will be relocating to Tennessee from his current place in Seattle, WA.

Jason, a banker and seed fund manager, reportedly explained "it didn't make sense" for them to continue dating long distance and the next chapter of their lives is going to be "exciting."

"Kaitlyn and I got to a point where being across the entire country didn't make sense," Jason shared, according to E! News.

"I think that for the short term and the long term, Nashville was the best place for us to be. It puts us back on the east coast. I'll be a few hour-drive from my parents, quick drive from my brother, and, it puts us in a better position for short and long-term."

Kaitlyn then added the couple will renovate their new pad together, doing a little "flippity-flip-flip" of the home they will share.

"We're at the next step in our relationship, where we want to grow even more and we can't do that in long distance," Jason reportedly said. "And we've done it."

In addition, Kaitlyn and Jason are adopting a dog they've named Ramen Noodle, who will arrive on June 3.

The pair both gushed about their new little bundle of joy on their separate Instagram accounts over the weekend.

"A friendship turned to a relationship and now a relationship turned to a little fam. This morning, Kaitlyn and I made a decision to adopt," Jason captioned his Instagram post of the beautiful golden retriever.

"Ramen was abandoned and found roaming the streets of South Korea with a broken pelvis from being kicked... We are so excited to give Ramen the life and love he deserves...all under the same roof!"

And Kaitlyn gushed about how this new dog will be her "baby."

"Hello instagram. My name is Ramen Noodle Vino. But my mom and dad call me Noods. I'm 1-ish, and I was saved... after living on the streets in Korea with broken bones," Kaitlyn wrote alongside a photo of the dog.

"I've been hurt by humans, but I'm going home to Nashville now, where I will live the best life full of love, travel, and belly rubs.️ follow me if you want more."

Kaitlyn announced her split from now ex-fiance Shawn Booth in November 2018, and then the former The Bachelorette star began dating Jason in January 2019.

Kaitlyn confessed to Us Weekly in January she didn't expect to fall for Jason so fast. It didn't take long at all for the couple to express their love for one another.

Kaitlyn first competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor before starring on The Bachelorette's eleventh season in 2015 and getting engaged Shawn, whom she had dated for three years before calling it quits

As for Jason, he fell hard for Becca Kufrin on The Bachelorette's fourteenth season and finished in third place, leaving him devastated.

Jason was a frontrunner to star on The Bachelor's currently airing 23rd season, but the position ultimately went to their friend Colton Underwood.

Colton will apparently be the godfather of little Ramen.
