The Bachelorette couple Charity Lawson and Dotun Olubeko are celebrating two years together after finding love on the show's twentieth season.

Charity -- who accepted Dotun's marriage proposal on The Bachelorette's Season 20 finale in 2023 -- recently posted a photo in which she was straddling and kissing Dotun on a beach, followed by a video of Charity singing with her man's arms around her.

"Just two people who said three magical words to each other after a very short time together," Charity captioned her post late last week.

"My protector, best friend and future hubby -- TWO whole years of loving you and yet it feels like it's been an eternity, but also not?"

The Bachelorette alum added, "Right where I belong, forever loving you @dotunolubeko. Happy anniversary. Swipe for a cute little video in our villa post engagement."

Dotun, for his part, wrote over romantic footage of the couple frolicking at the beach, "The butterfly effect is crazy."

He continued, "[Because] what do you mean if the guy that was originally casted for my spot on the bachelorette never pulled out and then my roommate being in the same group chat that was asking for a last minute fill, texted me asking if I wanted to go on the bachelorette two weeks before filming -- I would've never met the love of my life, got engaged on national tv, and be here celebrating our two year anniversary."

Dotun wrote alongside his post, "It started with a simple text and turned into a love of a lifetime. A real life butterfly effect. Grateful you all chose to be a part of our crazy journey."

Dotun concluded, "Two whole years of loving you, Happy anniversary my love, to many more."

Charity and Dotun got engaged in early 2023, although their engagement didn't air on The Bachelorette until August of that year.

Charity and Dotun currently have the ball rolling on wedding planning, although they had put the process "on pause" last year.

"It's just now that we're back into it. It's been really enjoyable just really picking out those intimate details," Charity told Us Weekly in April, adding how the couple wants a "really intimate" wedding ceremony.

She added, "I think for us, it's really about narrowing down the guest list and how many people we want. There's been so many people that have just played a pivotal role in our love story, and we want everyone there."

Charity explained that she and Dotun had taken their time with the wedding because they didn't want to get stressed out.

Charity also previously noted how 2024 was a "reset" for her since 2023 was a crazy time in her life.

After all, Charity had competed on Zach Shallcross' The Bachelor season, which aired in early 2023, before she starred on The Bachelorette's 20th season later that year.

"This year was all about reset, balancing, coming back to ground zero," Charity noted in December 2024.

"After everything that I went through, I personally just needed to figure out how to balance this new lifestyle and figure out how much I wanted to share, especially my relationship, home life, everything."

Charity had revealed in 2024 that she and Dotun were planning to tie the knot in California in Fall 2025, followed by a second wedding ceremony in Nigeria for Dotun's family.

But in September 2024, Charity told Us that she and Dotun were "taking a beat" and pushing back their wedding timeline, which made many fans concerned about the status of The Bachelorette couple's relationship.

But Charity reassured fans that she and Dotun were doing just fine.

"I just probably used not the best choice of words, which is the word 'pausing,'" Charity acknowledged.

"The whole thing is that we were just kind of trying to give an update and talking about where we're at with wedding planning, and it is a lot, so we're just taking a moment to decompress."

Charity said she and her fiance just wanted to "make sure" that the process would remain positive and enjoyable for them.

"[We want] to make sure that with wedding planning, it does not take away the joy that we have had in our engagement time and to continue to have so much to look forward to," Charity said at the time.

Charity also reiterated that planning two back-to-back weddings is no simple task.

"We're just trying to do things the right way and take it day by day and really enjoy our time with each other in this time period, so we're all good. Nothing to worry about," The Bachelor alum confirmed.

Charity said she was "still just easing into life and normalcy again" after a whirlwind experience on The Bachelor's 27th season, The Bachelorette's 20th season, and Dancing with the Stars' 32nd season.

"So I think we're just taking a pause for now. Obviously, we're still getting married," Charity shared in September 2024.

But Charity and Dotun still had a good idea of what their dream day is going to look like.

"[Dotun] literally just wants a good reception -- [good music] and the cake. I don't think I can share it with you guys, but [he's focused on] the flavor and the aesthetic. But I'm definitely going to have more say over the aesthetic," Charity said.

She added, "I'm just glad he's involved and wants to have a say."

Charity said Dotun's interest in their wedding "makes it fun" for her and also put "less pressure" on her.

In terms of Charity's wedding dress, she will be donning two looks on her big day.

"Everything changes the moment you put it on," Charity acknowledged.

"My entire [mindset] of where I thought it was going to be is totally different [now]. So it's exciting in a way, but I think also it allows me more freedom now to get creative. One of my dresses is going to be custom, which is super fun! [I love] having the creativity to plan that out."
