The Bachelorette alum Kaitlyn Bristowe has revealed that she got a breast augmentation, and she delivered the news to family and friends in a hilarious way.

On Thursday, May 1, Kaitlyn posted a video and captioned it, "New boob goofin. Don't worry IBTC I may not be the CEO anymore but definitely still part of the club."
Kaitlyn's mention of "IBTC" stands for The Bachelorette alum's longtime joke that she's a member of the "Itty Bitty T-tty Committee."
In the video, Kaitlyn showed her family and friends an MRI of her chest, showing the new breast implants. She labeled the implants "Left Breast" and "Right Breast."
The MRI image resembled a sonogram image of twins, and so Kaitlyn wrote over the footage, "Telling friends and family I got twins."
In the comments, Kaitlyn clarified how she had asked her loved ones to fake cry and act completely shocked as if she were revealing a twins pregnancy announcement.
It therefore seemed like everyone was reacting emotionally to Kaitlyn's new breasts.
Love Island host Arielle Vandenberg commented, "Wait you called me about your boobs? I thought you were really having twins. What the f*** Kaitlyn."
Arielle confirmed she was "acting so hard" for the video, and Kaitlyn dubbed her "the Meryl Streep of our generation."
Kaitlyn also wrote to a fan that her breasts are "still small," hinting that she didn't want to make a huge change to her body.
The Bachelor alum added, "It was just a happy 40th to myself along with getting fibroids on my uterus removed. Fun!!"

Kaitlyn set her video announcement -- which many people criticized for being insensitive to women struggling with fertility -- to "Bloom" by The Paper Kites.
Kaitlyn has always been an advocate for plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures that arguably enhance a woman's appearance and how she feels about herself.
Kaitlyn has been open about the work she's had done in the past -- including an "upper bleph" procedure in December 2024 as well as Botox and lip filler -- and she's received a lot of backlash for her choices.
In February 2024, Kaitlyn insisted via Instagram Stories that she's never going to stop doing cosmetic procedures to her face.
At the time, Kaitlyn documented how she had a fibroblast plasma treatment utilizing tiny lasers, which resulted in red, rash-like blotches on her face.
"Everyone's like stop doing stuff to your face," Kaitlyn said via Instagram Stories at the time.
"I will never. I love skincare. I love having bright, tight, glowy skin. I love it."

One X user wrote, "Can anyone tell me what's different about [Kaitlyn]'s look? I can't put my finger on it #TheBachelorette."

Kaitlyn replied, "[Six] years since I was on the show, Brow lift, brow micro blading, got my teeth bonded, some filler In my lips, aging, darker hair, and I finally learned how to contour. Oh and I put on some weight."
Another person commented, "Bah god [Kaitlyn]'s face is BUSTED. #TheBachelorette."
And Kaitlyn tweeted in reply, "So sick of women commenting on my face. Jesus."
A few months earlier, Kaitlyn had answered a question about whether her lips were real.
"Yeah. Real expensive!" Kaitlyn quipped on Instagram at the time.
"Just like coloring my hair, using fun makeup, fake lashes, skincare, I also like a little filler and botox. I know I have an 'influence.' I'm not saying you should go do it. I'm saying do what you want with YOUR body."
Kaitlyn is believed to be dating The Bachelorette alum Zac Clark after her broken engagements to The Bachelorette alums Jason Tartick and Shawn Booth.
In addition to her The Bachelor stint on Chris Soules' season and her starring role on The Bachelorette, Kaitlyn also won Dancing with the Stars' 29th season and co-hosted two seasons of The Bachelorette, Seasons 17 and 18, alongside Tayshia Adams.
