"Busy day tomorrow," Evan, 38, captioned a photo of his Friday, July 9, calendar.

Evan marked "Tyler Andrew's 39th birthday" on Friday and revealed a 12PM therapy session.

Evan then wrote, "Vasectomy appointment for real this time" at 3PM.

The Season 3 Bachelor in Paradise alum proceeded to joke in the 4PM-5PM timeslots, "Ask me anything Valium edition. Release OnlyFans livestream of snip for only 6 low payments of 59.99 plus shipping and handling."

At 6PM, the erectile dysfunction specialist added, "Evan out until 2026."

Evan has three sons -- Ensley, Nathan and Liam -- from his first marriage.

After competing for JoJo Fletcher on Season 12 of The Bachelorette in 2016, Evan went on to search for love on Bachelor in Paradise's third season that same year and fell hard and fast for Carly, 35.

Evan and Carly got engaged during the Bachelor in Paradise September 2016 finale and tied the knot in June 2017. Carly then gave birth to their daughter, Bella, 3, and son, Charlie, 19 months.

Carly and Evan announced their "difficult decision to separate" in December 2020 after three years of marriage.

But before their breakup, Carly teased Evan's upcoming vasectomy on Instagram Stories, according to Us Weekly.

"Charlie will not have any more siblings," Carly shared at the time, before playfully apologizing to Evan and Charlie. "Sorry, bud."

Carly subsequently explained, "The reason Evan is getting the procedure is because we did pull out and pray twice, ever, and now we have two kids," Us reported.

Carly reportedly later uploaded a screenshot of a DM from an Instagram user whose brother discovered three hours after his vasectomy that his partner was pregnant.

Carly wrote, "DO NOT DO THIS TO ME," and Evan reportedly replied, "Ha. That's horribly funny."

Carly experienced a medical scare last month that may have changed the status of her relationship with Evan since they decided to part ways.

Evan apparently stayed by Carly's side while she was hospitalized with a mysterious virus or infection.

Carly's brother and The Bachelorette alum Zak Waddell told Us after the incident, "Don't close the chapter on this love story yet," regarding Carly and Evan's relationship.

Zak, who competed on Season 9 of The Bachelorette starring Desiree Hartsock, added, "There are pages still to be written."

Zak's opinion or insight into Carly and Evan's marriage is similar to what The Bachelor alum and Carly's good friend Jade Roper had expressed in May.

Jade previously revealed Evan and Carly are making sure they "exhaust all avenues" before officially going through with a divorce after the exes were spotted enjoying a Mother's Day brunch together without their children in Nashville, TN.

"I think they're just trying to figure it out, you know, they're just separated right now," Jade told the magazine at the time.

"They're not officially divorced, and with children, I think it's something that they want to, like, make sure that they exhaust all avenues before they give up on their relationship."

Carly and Evan, who were shown tying the knot during a Season 4 episode of Bachelor in Paradise, welcomed Charlie in November 2019 and Bella in February 2018.

Jade added of Carly, "So, I don't know. I think she's happy where she is right now, and I think she's just kind of trying to figure out what's best for their family."

Carly admitted in late December she was "very sad" after her breakup with Evan and going through a divorce "just sucks." She said, however, "all wounds heal" with time.

Evan didn't break his silence about the split until April 2021, when he called himself "an easy target" for criticism and gossip since he had chosen to be quiet about the separation.

Evan said in June that he is "happy" and "dating" again, but now it appears he may be interested in working things out with Carly.

When Carly and Evan met in Mexico on Bachelor in Paradise, Evan pursued Carly with determination only to face resistance in the beginning of the season, but Carly slowly fell in love with his quirks and personality.

Prior to appearing on Paradise, Carly competed for Chris Soules' heart on The Bachelor's nineteenth season and experienced serious heartbreak on Season 2 of Bachelor in Paradise when Kirk DeWindt unexpectedly dumped her during the final days of filming.
