"Who returns to confront Nick?" Chris Harrison can be heard saying in the teaser clip's voiceover as a mystery brunette knocks on Viall's door. "And what does it mean for the rest of his journey?"

The preview then shows a scene of Viall crying.

Well, according to Reality Steve spoiler blogger Steve Carbone, the mystery woman is Viall's almost-fiancee Andi Dorfman, who famously dumped him as the runner-up for winner Josh Murray on The Bachelorette's tenth season back in 2014. (Dorfman and Murray have been broken up since January 2015).

Dorfman reportedly shows up to give Viall advice on his The Bachelor season after he finishes his round of hometown dates. What Dorfman will say remains unknown, but it will probably be a very interesting conversation before Viall enters the Fantasy-Suite stage of the process.

Viall was prepared to propose to Dorfman but she rejected him before the Final Rose Ceremony. Viall took the split really hard and later admitted he tried to contact her on numerous occasions after the show seeking some type of closure.

After Dorfman ignored the former software salesman, they had to confront one another live on her season's After the Final Rose special, and that's when Viall revealed to the world they had sex in the Fantasy Suite.

Dorfman called Viall's admission "below the belt," and the current The Bachelor star took a lot of heat from fans for kissing and telling.

However, Dorfman got her revenge. The former assistant district attorney from Atlanta, GA -- who currently resides in New York City -- wrote about the pair's sexual encounter on the show in her first memoir It's Not Okay: Turning Heartbreak Into Happily Never After, which was released last year.

Dorfman, 29, called sex with Viall the "most cringe-worthy, lady boner-killing, awkward" experience of her life, according to Life & Style. She claimed Viall asked her in the Fantasy Suite, "Would you rather make love... or f-ck?"

A shocked Dorfman said she responded, "Ummm... make love," to which he reportedly replied, "Well, if I had four times, I'd like to f-ck the first three times and make love the fourth."

There seemed to be no hard feelings afterward though, as Dorfman congratulated Viall on his Season 21 The Bachelor gig following ABC's big -- and surprising -- September 2016 announcement.

"Congrats, Nick. It's been a long road but you've always been genuine and real about wanting to find love. Now it's your turn! Best of luck," Dorfman tweeted at the time after Viall appeared on Kaitlyn Bristowe's season of The Bachelorette as well as Season 3 of Bachelor in Paradise.
