The Bachelor star Peter Weber rejected an emotional Hannah Brown and chose to continue his search for love on Monday night's episode of Season 24, which included drama between Kelsey Weier and Hannah Ann Sluss and bullying accusations.

Peter turned Hannah B. down following their intimate conversation in which she had expressed her lingering feelings for him, and then he chose to eliminate Lauren Jones, Payton Moran and Courtney Perry at the season's second Rose Ceremony, which determined the 19 remaining bachelorettes.

Drama later ensued between Hannah Ann and Kelsey over an alleged stolen bottle of champagne.

The Bachelor broadcast began where the three-hour premiere episode had left off, with Peter and Hannah B. having a heart to heart in the middle of a group date.

Peter admitted it was "crazy" to have asked Hannah B. to join his cast of bachelorettes but he couldn't help how he felt about her.

"[I can't believe] you thought I just wanted to be the Bachelor. You were the one who said 'no' to me. I've never said 'no' to you," Peter insisted with a touch of frustration in his voice and facial expressions.

Hannah B. explained she was proud of a lot that she did on her The Bachelorette season, but at the same time, making decisions for her heart had been very hard.

"And I don't know if I made the right decision with you," Hannah B. told Peter, before telling the cameras, "This is hard. I let go of somebody who didn't hurt my heart. And now he asked me to stay, and I don't know what to do."

Meanwhile, Peter's bachelorettes were wondering where he had disappeared off to.

Natasha Parker wanted to talk to Peter about whether he really was "just friends" with Hannah B., and several women were annoyed Hannah B. kept showing her face since she had eliminated him on The Bachelorette's fifteenth season.

Peter's bachelorettes hoped he was ready to form genuine connections with them.

Peter was then shown telling Hannah B. he just wanted to be with a woman who wanted him just as badly.

"You tell me that you have feelings still and you made mistakes and whatnot, and I want to hear that and I want to believe that," Peter said.

But Peter was wondering if Hannah B. was just caught up in asking herself, "What if?"

Peter wondered if Hannah was truly missing him or just questioning her decisions and what would have been right for her, and Hannah B. confessed she was feeling a mixture of both.

"Selfishly, let's go catch a flight!" Hannah B. said with a laugh.

"I don't know what to do right now at all -- at all," Peter vented.

Peter then pretty much crumbled in Hannah B.'s arms, and he came very close to kissing her at one point after she sat on his lap and hugged him tight.

"I can't do this," Peter said. "I've got to get back to the girls."

Hannah admitted her reunion with Peter wasn't supposed to happen this way, and then she calmly hugged him goodbye.

But Peter was still confused and conflicted.

"I wanted to kiss her, yes. That's what I was feeling. That's what I wanted to do. I mean, it wasn't that long ago that we broke up, so I guess it's okay to feel this way. I probably didn't handle this the right way today," Peter acknowledged.

Peter wasn't sure if finding love with someone else would help him move on from Hannah or whether he needed to move on from her before finding love. He didn't know what to think or how to respond to the mixed emotions he was feeling.

After Hannah B. left, he had to face the bachelorettes on the group date. The nine ladies wanted time with Peter, but he broke some bad news to them.

The nine girls -- who had been asked to come up with a personal sex story, either a memorable encounter or a fantasy to share for a live audience -- on the date were Alayah Benavidez, Alexa Caves, Kelsey, Lauren Jones, Mykenna Dorn, Natasha, Payton Moran, Savannah Mullins, and Sydney Hightower.

Peter told the bachelorettes what he had with Hannah was very real and he wasn't in the right headspace to resume the "sex stories" date. Peter said he felt awful and this wasn't fair to them, but he asked for some time to gather his composure before continuing with the night portion of the group date later on.

Natasha stood up for herself and said Peter's feelings for Hannah B. weren't going away because she simply wasn't going away. Peter agreed that was an accurate assessment, and all the girls were upset and disappointed.

Sydney, for example, wondered if Peter would ever get over Hannah B. in time for him to fall for someone else, and Natasha vented that Peter had "some nerve" to cancel the date because of his ex and she didn't want a man who seemed "locked to his past."

That night, Peter met his nine bachelorettes for cocktails and conversation, and he apologized for his behavior earlier that day.

Natasha confessed to Peter she was really upset and he had things he needed to figure out -- but not at the expense of the women who took time out of their lives to get to know him and date him.

Peter said holding onto relationships is a part of life for some people, but he was no longer hanging on to Hannah B.

"I'm telling you right now I am moving forward and Hannah B. is in the past, and I'm excited about you and all of that. You are so direct," Peter said with a smile before calling her "badass."

Sydney told Peter that she had left a lot back home, like her mother and family in Alabama, to compete on The Bachelorette for him. Sydney revealed she's not the typical southern girl and she's a really strong person.

Sydney said her mother is white and her father is African American, so she apparently had to deal with racial discrimination and bullying growing up. Peter gave Sydney a kiss after their talk because she had tried to be very vulnerable, which she noted tends to be a challenge for her.

Mykenna then asked Peter to show her some moves, and Peter said she's one of the reasons he chose to leave the past in the past. The pair made out, and Mykenna said she felt confident and couldn't stop smiling.

Peter ultimately gave the group date rose to Sydney because she had shown her heart and how much love she had to give. Mykenna was bummed out but said she just needed to step it up even more.

It then became time for the cocktail party preceding the season's second Rose Ceremony. Some women were still confused about what or who Peter wanted, but others were excited to further their connections.

Peter gave Lexi Buchanan a little matchbox car of a convertible to remind her of the first night they met, and she thought Peter was a genuine guy.

Lexi let Peter know that she was around if he just needed to talk. She could totally understand why Hannah B.'s appearance would shake him up, and so she sympathized with his situation.

Kelsey was looking forward to popping a bottle of champagne with Peter, and she lit some candles in an area where they could have a special moment together.

But first, Kelsey told Mykenna it wasn't fair to pull Peter away and steal his time when she had spent a decent amount of time with him the night before. Kelsey felt disrespected and hated that Kelsey was trying to come up with excuses.

Kelsey called Mykenna "a snake" and said she wouldn't tolerate a snake.

Madison Prewett then got a moment alone with Peter, who said he had missed her. Peter said he had the best time with Madison and they just had so much fun together. He also noted she had fit in with his family well.

Peter gifted Madison a framed photo she had taken with his family at his parents' vow renewal ceremony.

While Kelsey was awaiting her turn to talk to Peter, she heard him pop a bottle of champagne -- the bottle she had brought -- with another bachelorette, Hannah Ann.

"I don't think she does care. I think she knew what she was doing and she's just a f-cking snake. I want words with that girl!" Kelsey cried.

"That was supposed to be my moment, and she took that from me! I'm not okay."

Hannah Ann noted the champagnes had been mixed up and her taking Kelsey's bottle was not intentional at all, but Kelsey accused Hannah Ann of being fake and said what she had done was "f-cked up."

Peter eventually had a moment alone with Kelsey because she was crying, but when she went to drink a bottle of champagne Peter had opened just for her, it exploded all over her face. It clearly wasn't Kelsey's night.

But Hannah Ann also felt she had taken "a beating" that night, claiming she had been accused of stealing the champagne bottle when she had no idea it belonged to another girl.

"I don't know yet if he believes I'm telling the truth. I know it was an enormous misunderstanding," Hannah Ann said in a confessional. "I had no idea."

Peter then handed out roses at the second Rose Ceremony, and Peter said he really did feel like his wife was in that room.

Peter gave roses to Mykenna, Victoria Paul, Natasha, Jasmine Nguyen, Sarah Coffin, Lexi, Hannah Ann, Alexa, Tammy Ly, Alayah, Deandra Kanu, Victoria Fuller, Shiann Lewis, Kiarra Norman, Savannah, and Kelsey.

Peter therefore sent Lauren, Payton and Courtney packing after a catty and dramatic evening.

With only 19 girls left, a Date Card arrived at The Bachelor mansion for Alexa, Deandra, Hannah Ann, Kelsey, Lexi, Mykenna, Natasha, and Victoria F.

The group date featured eight bachelorettes strutting their stuff on a star-studded runway as models in a fashion show for Revolve, the online clothing and accessories retailer.

The fashion show took place in Hollywood and was judged by original Queer Eye star Carson Kressley, former America's Next Top Model judge and supermodel Janice Dickinson, and Revolve's chief brand officer Raissa Gerona.

Victoria F. found the competition very intimidating because she admitted she wasn't entirely comfortable in her own skin.

The judges were looking for style, technique, and most importantly, personality.

The winner would receive about 40 shopping bags -- worth "thousands and thousands of dollars," according to Raissa -- filled with clothing, shoes and accessories from Revolve. It turned out to be every girl's dream on the show.

"Boys are temporary, cashmere is forever," Carson joked.

Janice pointed out that most of the bachelorettes tried to be too sexy on the runway and she wanted to see something she had never seen before.

Victoria F. said standing out in a group setting was so hard, and she really struggled watching him with other girls. She was nervous, overwhelmed and admittedly "awkward."

However, Victoria F. stunned on the runway and pushed out of her comfort zone with flying colors by being the only bachelorette to rock lingerie in front of the crowd.

Victoria F. walked out in a chic trench coat only to partially take it off, revealing her black lace teddy underneath. Peter blushed and yelled, "Wow," before Victoria called him over to the runway and kissed him in front of everyone.

Victoria F. said she "finally felt noticed" by Peter, and so she cried tears of joy backstage.

But her main competition was Hannah Ann, an experienced model who also looked beautiful in a wedding dress and veil on the runway.

The two girls duked it out at the end in the same sparkly black dress for the grand prize, and Hannah Ann ultimately stole the show with her fierce attitude and apparent confidence.

Hannah Ann even blocked Victoria F.'s legs for a moment at the end of the runway with material from her dress.

Hannah Ann therefore won the competition, which resulted in Victoria F. bawling in frustration backstage because she was tired of taking a backseat to Hannah Ann, who seemed to win everything.

Victoria F. said she was never going to be the girl who's the center of attention, but Peter seemed to like her quiet voice and subtle demeanor.

Victoria F. admitted she wasn't doing well in the competition and wasn't made out for it. She wasn't sure being part of the show was worth risking her "mental health."

Peter told the bachelorette the process is tough but she had all of him when they were together. He asked for all of her in return.

Victoria F. cried because the other girls were better at capturing his attention, but Peter replied, "Are you kidding me?!" He then attempted to take the insecure and emotional bachelorette away from the cameras.

Peter said it was endearing The Bachelor wasn't easy for her but she was trying her best.

"You are the type of person that I want to see if I can work things out with. I do not want you to go. I want you to be here," Peter told Victoria F. "You are beautiful."

Later that night, Hannah Ann spoke to Peter privately about how Kelsey had allegedly bullied her.

Hannah Ann claimed she was being "open and honest" in saying Kelsey had called her "a b-tch" as well as a "princess."

"I was up all last night crying. I approached Kelsey and she told me to f-ck off," Hannah Ann explained, adding that Kelsey's harsh words tore her up.

"My spirit was crushed and I felt bullied, and it was really, really hard."

Peter felt such a connection with Hannah Ann and said he wasn't okay with that behavior at all. He kissed Hannah Ann and told her that he really liked her.

Peter therefore apologized to Hannah Ann because he felt bad she was feeling that way.

Peter then handed the group-date rose to Victoria F., whom he could see a future with and a lot of potential.

Peter subsequently pulled Kelsey aside for a chat in order to hopefully get to the bottom of things. (Ironically, Kelsey was feeling good about herself, saying she hadn't cried in two days).

Peter repeated Hannah Ann's allegations to Kelsey, adding that Kelsey allegedly also called Hannah Ann "fake."

"That's not okay with me," Peter told Kelsey.

"I didn't have a problem with her until she did what she did -- and she knew what she did," Kelsey alleged.

"But she's telling me that she didn't," Peter pointed out.

"And I'm telling you that she did. I don't like her," Kelsey said. "She can turn it on. She's trying to play the victim card, and she acts a certain way to you and then differently in the house... It's frustrating."

Kelsey said she takes her character very seriously and she had never bullied the bachelorette.

Kelsey claimed she had been bullied in the past and so she knows how it feels. Kelsey admitted she didn't like Hannah Ann but Hannah Ann didn't like her in return.

"For her to act like I'm being malicious, it sucks," Kelsey noted.

Peter didn't know what to do or who to believe because he was hearing two totally different stories.

Kelsey was so upset Hannah Ann had taken their feud to the next level, saying being called "a bully" was incredibly hurtful.

"There's a difference of saying not-nice words to her face and constantly bullying somebody," Kelsey told the cameras after her tense conversation with Peter.

The episode ended with Kelsey crying and the rest of the season's bachelorettes feeling wrapped up in Kelsey and Hannah Ann's drama.
