Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is in trouble again. Surprise, surprise.

Evans, 23, got arrested again after hitting her ex-fiance Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend with a glass in the head, TMZ reported.

According to law enforcement sources, Griffith stopped by Evans' house in South Carolina to gather his belongings but brought his new girlfriend with him, which pissed off the reality TV star.

Evans then reportedly came running out of the house and chucked a glass at the girl. The police were called and arrested Evans for assault once they arrived.

A representative for Evans, who is still in custody, said the Teen Mom 2 star insisted Griffith was trying to provoke her by having his new girl with him, according to TMZ.

Evans announced earlier this month she had called off her engagement to Griffith, the 27-year-old father of their son Kaiser. The couple initially got engaged in January but broke up for the first time in March when Griffith was arrested on domestic violence charges.

Only two months later, Evans was charged with domestic violence herself. Griffith had accused Evans of attacking him to the point where he suffered many bruises and scratches. The pair reportedly rekindled their romance in June.

Evans' past includes a lengthy string of criminal offenses, as the mother of two -- who also has a five-year-old son Jace from a previous relationship -- has been arrested nearly a dozen times since 2010 on drug and assault charges. She was arrested three times in 2013 alone.
