Taylor Armstrong reportedly received up to $125,000 from Entertainment Tonight for a photo that captured the physical abuse alleged inflicted on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star by estranged husband Russell Armstrong.

According to a New York Post source, which reported the figure Monday, Taylor sold the photograph of herself lying in bed with an injured black eye following a summer incident in which she was hospitalized after Russell allegedly abused her because "she's broke."

"Most shows that were offered the picture did not want to pay anywhere close to that," another source told The Post.

A representative for Entertainment Tonight reportedly declined to comment on the sale of Taylor's photo, while the reality TV star's representative also failed to comment.

Entertainment Tonight broadcast a set of photographs of a battered Taylor for the first time last week and also announced it had conducted an interview -- which the show is billing as Taylor's first interview since Russell's body was found hanging on August 16 in the Los Angeles-area home of a friend he had been staying with after Taylor reportedly filed for divorce on July 15 -- with her.

The interview -- which reportedly features Taylor discussing Russell's recent suicide and confirming prior reports that claimed she was allegedly abused by him throughout their relationship -- will begin airing on the entertainment news show's September 20 broadcast.
