Survivor has announced its 18 new castaways who will be competing for $1 million on Season 46 of the CBS reality series.

Survivor viewers will watch 18 first-timers attempting to outwit, outplay and outlast each other when Survivor's 46th season premieres with a two-hour episode on Wednesday, February 28 at 8PM ET/PT on CBS.

Survivor will air another two-hour episode on Wednesday, March 6 at 8PM ET/PT, and then 90-minute episodes will follow for the rest of the season until its finale, which is typically a three-hour event.

The 18 new castaways, ages 22 through 48, include an actor, a slot machine salesman, an international brand mentor, a salon owner, and an aerospace technician.

Jeff Probst will resume his role as Survivor host, and Season 46 will once again take place on the islands of Fiji.

The castaways will be divided into three tribes of six people and "endure a faster, more intense season from the moment they step foot on the beach," according to the network.

The diverse cast will face moral dilemmas, extreme situations, new twists, and mental and physical challenges that will test even the strongest competitor.

And in the end, one of the castaways will be crowned the season's "Sole Survivor" and win the $1 million prize!

Last season, Survivor crowned Dee Valladares the "Sole Survivor" in a very close vote against runner-up Austin Li Coon during the Season 45 finale that aired in December 2023.
