"I can't even... even you asking me that, oh my god," Jeff quipped in an interview with People while filming Season 50 on location in Fiji.
The show's executive producer and longtime host went on to admit, "I have no idea for 51."
Jeff explained that he was focused on Survivor's celebratory season and all of its returning castaways.
"I just want to get through 50 with this incredible group of people," Jeff said of the 24 veteran players, including four-time Survivor castaways Ozzy Lusth and Cirie Fields.
"But yes, it will be breathing down our neck," he added. "That is the fun that comes with the job: the pressure."
Jeff shared, however, that he does have "some loose ideas in a folder somewhere" about Season 51 and beyond.
"I will say, I don't think you have to wholesale change the show. I don't see that happening," Jeff explained, adding how the simple format can withstand the test of time.
"We're early into a new era. We're only nine, 10 seasons in. There's still a lot of game to be played there."
Survivor 50 will begin with three tribes of eight players each on Day 1 in Fiji.
The three tribes will be called the Kalo tribe, the Cila tribe and the Vatu tribe.

Survivor 50's theme is "In the Hands of the Fans," which "will quickly materialize as decisions from the fan vote swiftly and forcefully impact the game," according to CBS.

Fans were able to begin voting on key elements of the game in Spring 2025.
During the first episode, the returning castaways will also reflect on how much they've changed since last playing Survivor.
CBS also teased there will be an unforeseen injury during the first Immunity Challenge of the season.
"[The injury] causes tribemates to rethink their attack strategy in order to support their team member," according to the network.
Survivor 50 will also feature some celebrity guest stars and surprising twists and turns.
"I'm over the moon excited about Survivor 50," Jeff told Entertainment Weekly in December.

Jeff predicted that Survivor's 50th season will go down in the books as one of the best ever.
"It's not a question of if Survivor 50 will be great," Jeff noted. "The only question is where it will land in the ranking of greatest seasons of all time."
